Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shear reinforcement and its connection method capable of enhancing execution efficiency and reducing cost. SOLUTION: The shear reinforcement is constituted of a steel bar, a hooking plate A which is a flat plate fixed by frictional pressure welding to fix one side of a main reinforcement or a distributing bar to one end side of the steel bar and has such an area that sufficiently hooked in the main reinforcement or a distribution bar, and a hooking plate B which is a flat plate fixed to the other end side of the steel bar with frictional pressure welding, having a plate thickness securing a specified strength as a shearing reinforcement and an area sufficiently fixed to the main reinforcement or a distribution rod.
