Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothen the surface of an object and improve the dimensional accuracy of surface configuration by achieving an accurate boundary control in a solid freeform technique. SOLUTION: The method for forming an object (201) by solid freeform fabrication includes a process of making two immiscible fluids attach to a composing material of the object. One of the two immiscible fluids contains a binder to selectively solidify the composing material. The other one contains a peeling fluid (208, 210, 222, 224 and 226) attaching to the boundary (212 and 214) of the object.
