Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an excellent display characteristic of LCD by removing an irregularity in printing to be generated to the utmost when a polarization film is formed by printing to coat ink liquid of two-tone dye. SOLUTION: Bearings 2, 2 are planted on both sides of a table 1, vertical grooves 3, 3 are provided to those bearings 2, 2, both ends of a shaft 5 of a plate cylinder 4 are dropped down by providing vertical grooves 3, 3 to those bearings 2, 2, and a shaft 5 of the plate cylinder 4 is movably fitted to left and right bearings 2, 2 thereby. The bearing 2, 2 are horizontally movably composed and connected to a horizontal transfer means (not given in the figure.). Further, weights 6, 6 which are uniform at left and right in weight are fitted to both sides of the shaft 5 of the plate cylinder 4. When a polarization film is manufactured, a substrate 7 is installed on a table 1, and a plate 8 having many fine grooves (a) is fitted to the plate cylinder 4 to be placed on the substrate 7. Then, ink liquid of two color dyes is coated on a plate 8 to form a thin film of the ink liquid on the surface thereof, and the bearings 2, 2 are horizontally moved along a printing direction.
