Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the possibility for a person losing a mobile phone to regain the missing mobile phone or the like that is delivered by a finder even when the mobile phone or the like is lost. SOLUTION: A user losing a mobile phone 7 uses a PC 8 to apply a missing application to a mobile phone management server 3 via the Internet 2. The mobile phone management server 3 receiving the missing application sets a missing flag of the mobile phone on a database to an 'ON' state. On the other hand, the mobile phone 7 is configured to access the mobile phone management server 3 in a predetermined timing, and when the mobile phone management server 3 is accessed after the missing flag is set to an 'ON' state as above, the mobile phone management server 3 informs the mobile phone 7 about the missing state, and a display section of the mobile phone 7 receiving the notice displays how to deliver the mobile phone to its possessor and a compensation of the delivery.
