Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic controller which has a more efficient heat resistance structure high in versatility. SOLUTION: The electronic controller basically has a substrate 10 on which various electronic components are mounted, and cases 11a and 11b on which the substrates 10 are packaged inside. A heat spreader 15a having at least one function of distribution, rectification and interruption for heat emitted from a heating element PE is installed especially in the heating element PE by surrounding a periphery in the electronic components mounted on the substrate 10.
