SOLUTION: A digital copying machine 208 includes: a reader control part 205 connected to a reader part 207; a printer control part 204 connected to a printer part 206; a PC 202; an image processing control part 201 connected to the printer control part 204 and the reader control part 205, respectively; and an operation part 222. The image processing control part 201 downloads a control program transferred from the PC 202, and transfers the downloaded control program to the printer control part 204 and the reader control part 205 at the same time concerning a selected target.
