METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MANAGING INFORMATION PROCESSOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize high level management by preventing the error of an operating position to an object to be managed, and acquiring the error of an operation procedure and the feedback of an operation result. SOLUTION: This method for managing an information processor, where a plurality of storage mechanisms 2 in which a plurality of information processors 3 are housed are arranged, is provided with a managing means 2 for monitoring those information processors 3 to collect information associated with the states of those respective information processors 3, and for commanding managing operations to the information processors 3 based on the information. This method for managing the information processor comprises a first process for designating the storage mechanism 2 in which the information processors 3 whose managing operations are necessary are housed and a second procedure for displaying the information of the managing operations at the designated storage mechanism 2 side.
