Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parking system in which drivers can positively utilize an available parking space easily and simply. SOLUTION: Concerning a car which is going to park, a parking space S, and a parking time; a server 2 judges whether the car is a borrower or not based on borrower data 3A, whether the space is a parking space which the borrower contracted or not based on parking position data 3B, and whether the parking time is within the time zone which the borrower contracted or not based on time zone data 3C. And, fee, which the borrower contracted, is charged only when the borrower parks the car at the contracted parking space S within the contracted time, otherwise it is considered that a third person parks a car, and the parking fee is charged. Therefore, the borrower follows the contract, parking outside of the contracted time by the borrower is reduced, and the available parking space increases. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
