Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED display apparatus element applicable to a large display apparatus of various sizes by resolving technical problems in manufacturing an active matrix type LED display apparatus of high definition. SOLUTION: In this active matrix type LED display apparatus, pixel of the active matrix type is constituted of an LED element 8 serving as a pixel display medium and an pixel driving circuit containing MOS type transistor element formed of single crystal silicon film or poly crystalline silicon film.
