Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring apparatus that easily obtains proper measuring results by controlling variations of measuring force. SOLUTION: Based on three dimensional model data and mass of component members constituting arm members 220, the barycentric position G of the whole of the arm members 220 is calculated by calculating the barycentric moment of each of the component members to synthesize these barycentric moments. While a stylus 222D installed at one shaking end side of the arm member 220, which rotatably pivots on a supporting part 210 that relatively moves against a measured object 1, contacts the object 1 at predetermined measurement force, and then the supporting part 210 inclines at a central angle within the turning angle range of the supporting part 210 by a moving part 130; the arm member 220 is formed and pivoted at a state of the barycentric position G positioned on the horizontal plane of a fulcrum.
