DEVICE FOR PREVENTING LIQUID LEAKAGE OF TREATMENT TANK IN CONTINUOUS PLATING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for preventing the liquid leakage of a treatment tank in a continuous plating apparatus in which the jetting distance of a treatment liquid from the space between seal rollers is suppressed to reduce the length of a liquid receiving tank, and which does not damage the surface of a work. SOLUTION: Brushes 12a, 12b and 21a, 21b are provided in parallel to seal rollers 10a, 10b, and 18a, 18b. The proximal end parts of synthetic resin sheets 13a, 13b, and 20a, 20b are fixed to the rear sides in the proceeding direction of a work on the base parts of the brushes 12a, 12b, and 21a, 21b. The tip parts of the synthetic resin sheets 13a, 13b, and 20a, 20b are bent toward the front side in the proceeding direction of the works to cover the bristle tips of the brushes 12a, 12b, and 21a, 21b. The tip parts of the synthetic resin sheets 13a, 13b, and 20a, 20b are brought into contact with the work, so that the leakage of a treatment liquid through the work can be suppressed.
