COATING COMPOSITION AND RESIN LAMINATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a transparent coating composition which has improved adhesivity between resin layers, excellent weather resistance, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, heat resistance and water resistance and a resin laminate using the same. SOLUTION: The coating composition [(A)+(B)+(C)+(D)+(E)] for a resin is obtained by mixing an organotrialkoxysilane (A) with colloidal silica (B) containing silicic anhydride and having 4-20 nm particle diameters, an acrylic organic copolymer (C), an amine carboxylate and/or ammonium carboxylate (D) and a silicone-containing polymer ultraviolet light absorbent (E) in a specific ratio. The resin laminate (J) comprises a cured layer (I) obtained by coating at least one side of a polycarbonate resin base (F) with an acrylic resin layer (H) containing an ultraviolet light absorbent (G), coating the acrylic resin layer (H) with the coating composition [(A)+(B)+(C)+(D)+(E)] and curing the coating film.
