OPERATION CONTROLLER FOR PASSENGER CONVEYOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation controller for a passenger conveyor capable of controlling direction of running of a step without being influenced by a passing train, an installation position of a train detector, and disturbance of operation timetable. SOLUTION: This operation controller for the passenger conveyor is provided with an operation control body 10 including an ordinary operation control means and a specific operation control means, a manually operated switch 13 for giving commands for start and release of operation in a specific direction, and a schedule storage means 14 for storing set time based on train arrival time. It prepares switching of operation in the specific direction when train arrival time draws near and starts specific operation by an output signal of a train detection means 12. When the train timetable is disturbed, the manually operated switch 13 is operated to perform operation in the specific direction always. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
