FERTILIZER APPLICATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fertilizer applicator equipped with a shutter on/off device functioning to automatically set the opening level of the shutter on merely inputting application conditions so as to apply a fertilizer in a desired amount per area. SOLUTION: The fertilizer applicator includes the shutter on/off device functioning to make an on/off action of the shutter and a controller making a remote control of the device and functions to set the amount of fertilizer application based on the opening level of the shutter. This fertilizer applicator also includes an application condition input section for inputting the kind of a fertilizer to be applied, the amount of fertilizer application per area and the rate of fertilizer application into the controller and a control unit functioning to control the shutter on/off device based on application conditions inputted. Thus, the opening level of the shutter can be set automatically so as to come to an amount of fertilizer application inputted, markedly shortening the time of preparation prior to application work.
