Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a display apparatus which can prevent the generation of hillock even in the simplified structure and which is also provided with a gate signal wire having a low resistance value and a gate electrode of a thin film transistor. SOLUTION: The display apparatus includes a thin film transistor over a substrate and a gate pattern in which the gate wire and the gate electrode are integrated. The gate pattern is formed at least the three layers of a lowest layer, an intermediate layer of at least a single layer, and an uppermost layer at least in any of the thin film transistor part or a part thereof crossing with a drain wire.
