Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To switch pickup feeding operation or turn table elevating operation without shifting largely an optical pickup to the inner periphery side of an optical disk. SOLUTION: A first operation switching mechanism switches the transmission path of drive force by a combinedly used drive source mechanism from a path to the pickup drive mechanism to a path to the turn table elevating mechanism or vice versa in a state in which the optical pickup 57 is arranged at a fixed position. A second operation switching mechanism switching a transmission path of drive force by the combined use drive source mechanism from the path to the turn table elevating mechanism to a path to a disk tray transport mechanism or vice versa comprises tray guide grooves 12b-12e of a disk tray 12, and a boss part 15c of a cam slider 15 shifted in accordance with shift of the first operation switching mechanism, and the boss part 15c is shifted along the tray guide grooves 12b-12e while engaging with them.
