Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device for a camera enabling a photographer to recognize that the number of remaining frames of film is small on a proper condition in accordance with the photographing condition without hindering photographing action with high reliability. SOLUTION: The display device for the camera is equipped with a remaining frame number detection means for detecting the number of remaining frames to be exposed, a decision means for deciding whether the number of remaining frames to be exposed is equal to or less than a reference value, a display means for performing warning display concerning the number of remaining frames to be exposed within a finder, and a display driving control means for driving the display means so as to perform the warning display for a specified time after finishing photography based on the decision by the decision means that the number of remaining frames to be exposed is equal to or less than the reference value.
