Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-halogen flame retardant resin composition expressing high flame retardancy, having softness and smooth hand feeling and generating no halogen gas during combustion and excellent in safety for the environment. SOLUTION: The non-halogen flame retardant resin composition is prepared by adding 50-300 pts.mass (B) metal hydroxide, 0.1-50 pts.mass (C) highly polymerized organopolysiloxane containing no unsaturated functional groups, 0.01-10 pts.mass (D) organopolysiloxane containing unsaturated functional groups and 0.01-5 pts.mass (E) peroxide to 100 pts.mass (A) thermoplastic resin.
