COATING COMPOSITION AND RESIN LAMINATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent coating composition providing good adhesion between each resin layer, and having excellent weather resistance, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, heat resistance and water resistance; and to provide a resin laminate using the coating composition. SOLUTION: The coating composition [(A)+(B)+(C)+(D)] for the resin is obtained by compounding (A) an organotrialkoxysilane containing a fluorinated alkylsilane, (B) a colloidal silica containing silicic acid anhydride and having 4-20 nm particle diameter, (C) an amine carboxylate and/or a quaternary ammonium carboxylate, and (D) a silicone-containing macromolecular ultraviolet absorber in specific proportion. The resin laminate (I) is obtained by covering at least one surface of (E) a polycarbonate resin base material with (G) an acrylic resin layer containing (F) an ultraviolet absorber, coating the acrylic resin layer (G) with the coating composition for the resin and curing the coated layer to provide (H) a cured layer.
