Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic preparation which has a dry sense of use and does not become greasy in hot summer conditions even when a silk powder is compounded. SOLUTION: A modified silk powder is obtained by contacting a recrystallized silk powder having an α-structured fibroin with a lower alcohol and/or acetone to convert at least the surface of the powder into a β structure and spray-drying a slurry comprising a cranberry fruit extract and a solvent.
