Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the empty heating of water on the bottom part in a chamber in a high-pressure steam sterilizer constituted so that an induction heating coil is mounted on the outer bottom part of the chamber and the water fed to the bottom part in the chamber is heated by the induction heating coil to produce steam. SOLUTION: In the high-pressure steam sterilizer is equipped with the chamber 1, which is formed into an oblong cylindrical shape, the front of which has an opening 2 and which houses a plurality of objects 4 to be sterilized to sterilize the objects and constituted so that the induction heating coil 17 is mounted on the outer base of the chamber, a temperature sensor 18 for detecting empty heating is arranged at least at one end part in the width direction of the induction heating coil.
