Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a good portable power source in which required constituting elements are effectively accumulated, which is compact and requires little auxiliary machine power. SOLUTION: Raw fuel is reformed by being flown through a reforming catalyst layer. Then, by having the raw fuel flown through CO eliminating catalyst layer, hydrogen rich gas is obtained and fed to a fuel cell main body for power generation reaction. Off gases are fired in a firing catalyst layer and used for heating the reforming catalyst layer. The CO eliminating catalyst layer 61, the reforming catalyst layer 51 and the firing catalyst layer 71 are installed at the side surface of a fuel cell main body 1 through separating walls 62, 52 and 72.
