Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for providing information requested from a service user in accordance with a user's position at the time of providing information service in a station yard. SOLUTION: The station yard is divided like a mesh, ID is distributed to each position, a user's position is acquired by acquiring the position ID of a terminal used by a user while referring to a terminal DB 01321, a yard area matched with a request "within several minutes from the current position" or the like is detected in accordance with the user's position by referring to a yard position DB 01322 in which time information required for movement between respective ID positions is stored, and information distribution corresponding to the position is attained by providing the information of the area.
