Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for directly measuring a percentage stoichiometric-oxidant (PSO) at a pyrolysis portion in an incinerator. SOLUTION: In this method and system, the percentage stoichiometric-oxidant at the pyrolysis portion in the incinerator is measured and controlled. The method and system depend upon the measurement of the oxygen concentration and temperature of gas in the pyrolysis portion and a mathematical relation between the measured values and the percentage stoichiometric-oxidant.
