Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new and safe elastase activity inhibitor, collagenase activity inhibitor and hyaluronidase activity inhibitor and further a cosmetic composition or a food or a beverage. SOLUTION: The elastase activity inhibitor, collagenase activity inhibitor and hyaluronidase activity inhibitor and further a cosmetic composition or a food or a beverage each comprises extracts of one or more plants selected from Agave americana L., Agave sisalana Perrine and Adenophora triphylla. According to the present invention, they each has elastase activity-inhibiting action, collagenase activity-inhibiting action and hyaluronidase activity-inhibiting action and further imparts firmness and gloss to the skin and can reduce wrinkle and fine wrinkles. As a result, they are effective for preventing aging of the skin and the scalp and are safe to human or animals when they are internally or externally taken and can be applied to preparations in various shape (medicines, quasi-drugs, cosmetics and foods).
