Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external preparation for skin effective for preventing or treating skin diseases such as acne by inhibiting a lipase in which a bacterium such as Propionibacterium acnes which is indigenous in the skin produces and further inhibiting sebum secretion. SOLUTION: The activity of lipase is inhibited and sebum secretion is also inhibited by formulating raffinose and a raffinose derivative.
