SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a humidifier 1 which takes in the gas 3 containing the NOx and adds steam 7 thereto and a reaction apparatus 10 which has a UV irradiation device 12 for irradiating the humidifying gas 9 mixed with the steam 7 by the humidifier 1 with UV rays.
