Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnostic imaging apparatus of tissue, having high selectivity to a tissue portion of precancer and early cancer compared with a sound tissue and simultaneously having high specificity to lesion of precancer and early cancer compared with tissue variant which is not cancer. SOLUTION: This diagnostic imaging apparatus of tissue 1 selectively uses at least two modes of an operation mode of white light-endoscope inspection DWLE for diagnosis, a first operation mode of private fluorescent light-endoscope inspection DAFE or DAFE I for diagnosis and a second operation mode of private fluorescent-endoscope inspection DAFE II for diagnosis. The diagnostic imaging apparatus of tissue 1 has a light source 2 having one or two or more illuminating means, the light of the light source is supplied through an optical waveguide 3 to the tissue 1, a tissue image to be inspected is transmitted to an imaging unit 5 by an image transmission unit 4, and an image signal created by the imaging unit is processed by an image processing unit 6 and projected on a monitor 7.
