MESSAGE DELIVERING METHOD, SYSTEM UNIT, PROCESSING PROGRAM, AND RECORDING MEDIUM RECORDED WITH THE PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a message delivering method and a system unit for delivering the same message collectively to member accounts belonging to a representative address, and to provide a program for processing the transmission of a message to the representative address, and a recording medium recorded with the program. SOLUTION: A means 11 for registering the representative address shared by a plurality of client terminals 3a, 3b, ..., 3z, a means 12 for registering the member account of the representative address, a means 13 for receiving a message from a client terminal 1, a means 14 for authenticating the access of the client terminal 1, a means 15 for acquiring the information of the representative address from a data base 17, a means 16 for delivering a message to each client terminal 3a, 3b, ..., 3z, and a characteristic arrangement means having the data base 17 for managing information related to the representative address are employed. Destinations of a plurality of messages can be added collectively and quickly to the member list of messenger software and the same message can be delivered easily and collectively to a plurality of member accounts by single operation.
