LASER OSCILLATION DEVICE AND LASER PROCESSING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser oscillation device reduced less variance in pulse output waveform in pulse oscillation, a stabilized variation rate of a pulse peak and a wave tail, and improved in the capacity of micromachining. SOLUTION: The laser oscillation device is equipped with a plurality of discharge parts making a laser medium emit laser light by discharge excitation and a resonator oscillating the laser light, and causes the plurality of discharge part being turned on and off for discharge with specified time differences. A laser processing machine machines a work with the laser light emitted by the laser oscillation device.
