Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that in a system for a cooling medium flowing to a channel between fins, the temperature rise of a heating element of an outflow side is remarkably increased larger than the temperature rise of the heating element of an inflow side. SOLUTION: The heating element 2 is disposed on the front surface of the heat sink 1. A plurality of holes 7 each for injecting the cooling medium are formed toward the heating element 2 on the rear surface of the heat sink 1. A plurality of headers 8, 9 are arranged at the opposite heating element side. A channel for returning the cooling medium injected from the hole 7 is arranged.
