PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect an offerable portion or all of local institution information from the unspecific large number of persons, and to integrally manage the partial information collected from the respective unspecific large number of persons, and to provide a personally necessary portion or all of the information to the unspecific large number of persons. SOLUTION: A producer designates an institution to retrieve an institution candidate, and transmits item information to a producer terminal. The producer inputs a portion or all of the information according to personal use configurations or personality to the institution. Also, the collected information is integrally managed so that any overlapped institution can be prevented from being generated. Also, the user designates the institution to retrieve the institution, and provides information associated with the institution.
