TIME LIMIT-EQUIPPED COMMUNICATION CONTROL SYSTEM DEVICE, METHOD, PROCESSING PROGRAM AND RECORDING MEDIUM RECORDED WITH SAME PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time limit-equipped connection control system device, a method and a processing program, applying access control when providing service from a user terminal 3 to a contents provision server 4, and capable of providing impartial access to a user, and to provide a recording medium recorded with the program. SOLUTION: This time limit-equipped connection control system device α has, inside a connection control system device 2, an access right decision function part 5 having a function deciding whether connection is possible or not according to a maximum simultaneous connection number and a present connection number, monitoring a connection time, and cutting the connection between the user terminal 3 and the contents provision server 4 exceeding a maximum viewing time. An overload on the contents provision server can be prevented because executing the monitoring such that the connection number does not exceed the maximum simultaneous connection number in time of the connection, and the impartial access can be obtained because simultaneously monitoring the user's connection time.
