Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an encapsulated-lens retroreflective sheet having further better structural integrated property than a sheet obtained by conventional techniques. SOLUTION: The encapsulated-lens retroreflective sheet comprises a binder layer in which substantially a single layer of lenses is partially embedded, a specularly reflective layer underlying the lenses, and a cover film which seals the binder layer along mesh-like bonding lines to form hermetically sealed cells in which the lenses are encapsulated and in contact with air.
