ALIGNMENT FIXTURE, ALIGNMENT METHOD AND LENS UNIT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens unit provided with an objective optical system free from degradation of optical performance caused by assembly errors due to the clearance between a lens frame and each of a plurality of lenses and the working accuracy of respective parts. SOLUTION: The alignment of the lens unit provided with the optical system containing the plurality of lenses is performed. At first, the plurality of the lenses are incorporated to the lens frame. Subsequently, a pin for pressurizing and moving the alignment lens which is a part of the optical system in the direction vertical to the optical axis of the optical system is inserted into a hole formed on the side surface of the lens frame. By pressurizing the alignment lens with the inserted pin, the position in the optical system of the alignment lens is adjusted. Then the alignment lens is fixed to the lens frame.
