ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC PHOTORECEPTOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrophotographic photoreceptor having low residual potential and giving good image quality. SOLUTION: In the electrophotographic photoreceptor having a photosensitive layer 3 on a conductive substrate 1, the photosensitive layer 3 contains a phosphoric ester derivative represented by formula (1), wherein R1and R2represent aromatic cyclic groups which may have the same or different substituents; X represents H, halogen or OY; and Y represents succinimido bonding to O. Particularly, the photosensitive layer 3 comprises a layer formed by sequentially stacking a charge generating layer 4 and a charge transport layer 5, and the charge transport layer 5 contains a phosphoric ester derivative represented by the formula (1).
