PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for treating the outside air taken into a room and circulating and treating the indoor air, performing various treatments of the outside air taken into the room to quickly surely achieve the safety/amenity of an indoor space at a low cost, and repeatedly performing the treatment such as purification by circulating the indoor air. SOLUTION: This indoor and outdoor air treatment device for the outside air taken into the room, comprising a sound absorbing space formed with a sound absorbing material composed of an inorganic material, a dust collecting part formed by a dust collecting unit, a deodorizing part formed by a deodorizer unit, and a forced fan for forcibly taking the outside air into the room, and an indoor air circulating treating part having a sending-out port for sending out the indoor air, and an introduction passage for introducing the sent indoor air.
