MULTIPLE DWELLING HOUSE BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hi-rise or super high-rise multiple dwelling house building inexpensive in cost and high in quality. SOLUTION: A core wall region 5 in which a plurality of core wall 6 constructed in the multiple dwelling house building 1 are collectedly arranged is eccentrically arranged in the north of an outer peripheral tube frame structure 2. At the edge of the outer peripheral tube frame structure 2, the second core wall 6b with a lower rigidity as compared with the first core wall 6a arranged in the vicinity of the central part of the outer peripheral tube frame structure 2 is arranged. Thereby, the twist of the multiple dwelling house building is prevented. The second core walls 6b are arranged in pairs at the edge of the outer peripheral tube frame structure 2, to further improve the vibration control performance of the multiple dwelling house building 1 by bridging a short span boundary beam 7 provided with the vibration control function so as to connect these structures.
