SOLUTION: Itraconazole fine granules for oral administration improved in bioavailability are obtained by absorbing itraconazole into a core substance composed of silicic acid or its salt or coating the core substance with itraconazole by a method for spraying an itraconazole solution obtained by dissolving itraconazole into methylene chloride to the core substance and drying the solution, a method, etc., for melting the itraconazole.
