Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive-coated metal material (precoating material) which does not cause a problem caused by adhesive bonding in place of brazing. SOLUTION: In the adhesive-coated metal material, a metal matrix material is coated totally or partially with the solid (B-stage) coat of an epoxy adhesive. The viscoelasticity and elongation at room temperature of the solid (B-stage) coat exhibit prescribed values. The coat has no surface adhesive property and has coat adhesive properties to bear machining. By making the viscoelasticity of the coat during heating and flowing indicate a prescribed value or below, the coat has fluidity to secure an adhesion area during heating adhesion.
