DENTAL IMPLANT EXTENSION MEMBER, TRANSFER ASSIST FOR TRANSFERRING DISPOSITION OF IMPLANT AND EXTENSION MEMBER AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF BASE FOR FIXING ELEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an extension member a dental implant in which the extension member for fixing a substitute tooth can be attached in parallel even if implants are not parallel to each other. SOLUTION: This extension member 2 for the dental implant 1 is provided with a head part 20, or the base of a fixing element 7. The extension member is screwed into the dental implant with a screwing stem 29. The extension member is provided with a collation face 24 by which the disposition of the extension member of the circumferential direction is transferred on a transfer assist 4 which is provided with a transfer face 42 having a complementary shape with the collation face. The disposition of the extension member is transferred on an impression 93 via the transfer assist. Then, an operation implant 5 is attached to the extension member and redisposed in the impression. A work model M for making the extension member into an intended shape is formed.
