PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a user is not recognized to be the same person when the same user makes reservation by different units (portable telephone set, browser and the like) and they are authenticated as different reservation information if the user is identified at every unit used at the time of reservation although a system where a broadcast program is selected and it is recorded by using the portable telephone set and the like exists in a conventional case. SOLUTION: A system where ID and a password are registered at every user and the program can be recorded while the individual is specified is provided. Since reservation of the individual can be specified, reservation is realized by a plurality of persons from the same portable telephone set. Recording can easily and appropriately be reserved in accordance with an instruction of an input picture prepared at every model of a recording unit by specifying the recording unit.
