Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform repair and replacement of a cooling fan by detachably attaching the fan to a heat sink of an electronic component. SOLUTION: This device comprises a heat conductive body 214, whose part is in contact with an electronic component 216 to conduct and remove the heat from the electronic component 216, and a fan 212 which moves air across the heat conductive body 214 which is for accelerating removal of the heat from the electronic component 216. The fan 212 comprises a lug piece 284 which is extended from the side surface of the fan beyond the heat conductive body and a claw part of a tip of which is engaged with the electronic component, to fix the fan and the heat conductive body to the electronic component by sandwiching the heat conductive body between the fan and the electronic component.
