COATING PENETRATION CLAMP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of a whole of a coating penetration clamp by forming the structure in a shape of a fluted contact blade with excellent durability. SOLUTION: This clamp comprises a holding portion 2 in which a recess 2a is formed so as to enable a surface holding a coated wire 4 to engage a fin portion of the coated wire 4, a contact blade 6 forming a recessed flute in a length direction, having two parallel blade edges at the tip and having a shape in an approximately U shape, an operating rod 8 having an electrode 9 pressuring a bottom surface of the contact blade 6 at the tip end thereof and penetrating a movable guide, a screw shaft 7 driving the operating rod 8 up and down, connecting with the movable guide and having an operating portion at a rear end thereof, and a grasping portion 14 containing the screw shaft 7. The coated wire 4 is grasped by the holding portion 2 and the movable guide by rotating the operating portion of the screw shaft 7, the electrode 9 and the contact blade 6 are driven by driving the operating rod 8 and the contact blade 6 is bitten into the grasped coated wire 4.
