CONCRETE PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete plate for promoting a rise in a road surface temperature, and improving heat efficiency by providing high strength and high heat conductivity for concrete for improving snow melting of the concrete used for road surfaces such as a sidewalk, a parking garage and a roadway. SOLUTION: This concrete plate 4 is composed of cement, pozzolanic fine powder, a fine aggregate having the particle size of 2mm or less, metallic fiber (steel fiber, the length of 2 mm or more, and the ratio of the length/a diameter of 20 or more), a water reducing agent, quartz powder having the average particle size of 3 to 20 μm, a fibered particle or a thin piece-like particle having the average grain size of 1 mm or less and a hardening body of a blending material including water, and the thickness is set to 7 cm or less.
