Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To downsize a unit, and to prevent the damage of a pump and a temperature controller, in a working fluid circulating device coupled with a machining device using working fluid at the time of machining, and filtering the used working fluid for recycling. SOLUTION: The working fluid circulating device 10 is provided, which comprises at least a waste liquid tank 11 storing waste liquid used as the working fluid, a filter immersed in the waste liquid in the waste liquid tank 11, a suction pump 13 sucking filtered water passing through the filter 12, and the temperature controller 14 coupled to the suction pump 13 and adjusting the filtered water to a specified temperature.
