METHOD AND DEVICE FOR DIAGNOSING DETERIORATION OF FACILITIES

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that detects a sign of the occurrence of a trouble, prepares required parts beforehand, avoids a sudden shutdown of facilities, carries out a scheduled maintenance, and performs appropriate diagnosis of deterioration, even in the facilities with a multiplicity of watch items. SOLUTION: The system measures a state of operation of the facilities with a measuring instrument installed on the facilities periodically, collects the measured data by an arithmetic processing means, and diagnoses deterioration of the facilities with the collected measured data. In collecting the measured data, the system decides the state of operation of the facilities with the arithmetic processing means, differentiates the measured data by state of operation, and records the data along with measuring time data. The system compares the measured data of a fixed period recorded for each measuring item with a value of diagnostic level already established, corresponding to them, and diagnoses deterioration of the facilities.
