Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage trap which can prevent the overlapping of a welded part of a float valve onto a valve seat, thereby exhibiting stable sealing property and preventing the contamination of a floor space due to the air from drainage piping. SOLUTION: The drainage trap comprises a float housing 1 into which waste water flows, a float valve 2 arranged in the float housing 1 and a valve seat 3 on which the float valve 2 seats, wherein the float valve 2 is formed of a hollow metal ball obtaining by joining a pair of hemispherical bodies 2a and 2b and the one hemispherical body 2b is formed to be thicker than the other hemispherical body 2a.
