Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat sensitive fuse adapter having less gas pressure damages, less number of parts and lower manufacturing cost, allowing accurate operation of a shutoff valve. SOLUTION: A valve seat 25 is formed in a joint pipe 20 at its gas flow path 21. The shutoff valve 27 incorporated in the valve seat 25 at its upstream side in opposition to the valve seat 25 is mounted on a U-shaped narrow holding frame 28 having right and left longitudinal frames 28a whose ends are integrally tied via a horizontal frame 28b, via a supporting pin 29 in a forward movable manner. The shutoff valve 27 is fixed to a central portion of the horizontal frame 28b with a solder member 30 in the state of compressing a coil spring 31 externally mounted on the supporting pin 29. When the solder member 30 is fused by heat of a fire, the shutoff valve 27 is forward moved by the force of the coil spring 31 and put in close contact with the valve seat 25 to instantaneously shut gas off.
