MANUFACTURING METHOD OF STABILIZED PROCESSED FUEL FROM GENERAL COMBUSTIBLE WASTE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To play a role in a resource circulation type society through utilizing a general combustible waste as an energy resource and to plan a revival utilization of incineration facilities that have been abandoned or shut down in the whole country, by manufacturing a stabilized processed fuel having a calory like a coal while generation of harmful substances such as dioxins is suppressed by substituting the existing treating method of the general combustible waste by a now invented manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for converting the general combustible waste into the energy resource is a method for converting a sorted/collected general combustible waste into a processed fuel, and comprises stabilizing a calorific value by mixing quick lime/coal powder/various kinds of petroleum into the general combustible waste, further preventing harmful substances such as dioxins from discharging by adding and mixing various kinds of ores having adsorbing and degrading action against the harmful substances, and utilizing it as the stabilized processed fuel.
